Vegetarian Tikka Masala Curry with Basmati Rice and Nan Bread

Ingredients: Duration of Cooking: 20 minutes
Sugar Peas
1 Can of Chickpeas
1 Red Pepper
1 Onion
8-9 Florets of Broccoli
1 Jar of Tikka Masala Cooking Sauce with Spice Lid (From Aldi)
2 Cups of Basamti Rice
Salt, Pepper & 1 tsp of Sugar
50 ml of Boiling Water
1 Toasted Garlic and Herb Nan Bread
2-2 tbs of Vegetable Oil
Directions:
Step 1: Chop the onion and peppers, separate the broccoli into small florets and finally wash through the chickpeas to have everything ready to go.
Step 2: Take a saucepan add 2 tbs of vegetable oil and 2 cups of basmati rice. After the rice grains turned transparent add in 4 cups of boiling water and cook on a high heat for about 8 minutes then cover it.
Step 3: Add 2 tbs of vegetable oil to a large saucepan add in the onions and peppers and cook it on a medium heat for about 2 minutes. Then add the seasoning and the sauce along with 50 ml of boiling water.
Step 4: Add in the sugar peas, broccoli and chickpeas then cook it for approximately 3-4 minutes on a low heat until the broccoli florets are al dente.
Step 5: Season the curry with salt and pepper and 1 tsp of sugar.
Step 6: Pop the nan bread into the grill for 30 seconds on both sides.
