Twisted Chocolate Brownie With Crunchy Peanut Butter Drops.

Ingredients: Duration of Cooking: 30 minutes
Dry Part:
200 g of Plain Flour
1/2 tsp of Salt
70 g of Cocoa Powder
1 tsp of Baking Powder
Handful of Chopped Walnuts
Handful of Dark Chocolate Chips
Wet Part:
3 tbs of Coconut Oil
6 large tbs of Milk
1 tbs of Vanilla Essence
3 Bananas
1 Egg
For the Tray:
Olive Oil Cooking Spray
For the Top:
15 g of Brown Sugar
35 g of Crunchy Peanut Butter
Handful of Dark Chocolate Chips (Optional)
Directions:
Step 1: Mash 3 bananas.
Step 2: Add 1 egg along with 6 large tbs of milk, 3 tbs of coconut oil, 1 tbs of vanilla essence, 1/2 tsp of salt.
Step 3: In a separate bowl sieve 200 g of plain flour, 1 tsp of salt, 60 g of cocoa powder, dark chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.
Step 4: Mix wet and dry ingredients.
Step 5: Spray your tray with olive spray to prevent the brownie from sticking.
Step 6: Sprinkle brown sugar on top of the brownie mixture then use a small spoon to scoop small droplets of peanut butter then push them into the mixture. (I got about 10 of them evenly spread out).
Step 7: (Optional) Add some dark chocolate chips to the top of the mixture.
Step 8: Place the mixture into a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Use a needle test.
