Perfectly Poached Eggs.

Ingredients: Duration of Cooking: 3 mins
Fresh Large Eggs (quantity will depend on personal preference)
Directions:
Step 1: Take a large deep saucepan, fill it up with 1.5 litre of water.
Step 2: Let it boil until small bubbles starting to appear at the bottom of the saucepan.
Step 3: Add half a cup of vinegar, this will help in the formation of the perfect poached egg.
Step 4: Do not attempt to add any salt into the water as it will break the egg whites and it will separate.
Step 5: When adding in the eggs make sure to swirl your spoon around in the water which will enhance the creation of the perfect poached eggs.
Step 6: Leave the eggs cook for 3 minutes, if looking for the runny egg yolk texture.
Step 7: After removing the eggs from the water, place them on a paper towel to get rid of the excess water.
