Oven Baked Four Cheese Bolognese Pasta.

Ingredients: Duration of Cooking: Approx 1 hour
For the Meat part:
1 Large Onion
400 g of Mince Meat (beef/ pork)
Sundried Tomato Sauce
2 tbs of Vegetable Oil
1 tbs of Paprika
2 tsp of Salt & Pepper
1 tsp of Oregano
1 tsp of Garlic Granulates
50 ml of Hot Water
8-9 Heads of Mushroom
3 tbs of Ketchup
For the Pasta:
1 Pack of Spaghetti Pasta
Enough Water to Cover the Pasta
1 tbs of Salt
2 tbs of Vegetable Oil
Toppings:
Smoked Gubbeen Cheese
Parmesan Cheese
Cheddar Cheese
Feta Cheese
Directions:
Step 1: Take a large saucepan add boiling water, salt, oil and the pasta and cook for about 10-13 minutes. Aiming for al dente texture.
Step 2: Dice the onion and chop the mushrooms.
Step 3: Add 2 tbs of oil to a saucepan then add the onions and cook until it becomes soft.
Step 4: Add the mushrooms and cook it for an additional 2 minutes until the mushrooms release their water.
Step 5: Add the minced meat and cook it until it turns light brown coloured.
Step 6: Add seasoning - paprika, salt, pepper, garlic granulates, oregano ketchup and sundried tomato sauce.
Step 7: Add 50 ml of hot water to loosen the texture. Cook for an additional 10 minutes on low heat.
Step 8: Drain pasta.
Step 9: Mix the meat and the pasta.
Step 10: Butter a tray that you will be using to bake your pasta - this will help later with the cleaning.
Step 11: Place the meat and pasta mixture into the tray.
Step 12: Grate the smoked, parmesan and cheddar cheese into a bowl.
Step 13: Spread the cheeses on top of the pasta evenly and place it into a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
